Drink water. A gallon a day. Your skin looks dehydrated. Don’t just use skin products,you need lots of water too. Inside out hydration. If i broke out like that. Here’s what I’d do 1.If it’s only a select region, like my chin, I’d assume it’s razor bumps. I’d switch up my routine and clean everything. Switch soaps. 2. If 1 doesn’t clear it up, I’d get an std check just to be sure. 3. If 2 comes back as all negative, I’d try to figure out if I’m allergic to anything. 4. Bedbugs. 5. Diet. 6. If none works, I’d probably wash my face more. Hello! Just to preface; I have very dry skin. I used to have this issue with bumps EVERYWHERE and it’s cause my mom bought me products that were drying my skin out thus it producing more oil and the Sydney Opera House shirt and I love this cycle repeating. (I wanted to give background for my skin history). 2) toner (if you get a exfoilating serum I’d say go for a hydrating toner, you don’t want to go to hard on your skin all at once. Eventually you can build up tolerance, if you don’t have sensitive skin!)

3) serum – specifically for bumps I would use an AHA or BHA, Paula’s choice has a good one! I think they also have a toner! -> however, I would like to add when I first started using chemical exfoliants it was once a week and then once every 4-5 days. And then eventually every 3 days. Between that I would use a hydrating serum to help restore your skins moisture barrier (I like the Sydney Opera House shirt and I love this Vichy no89 one) Use a basic cleanser daily, exfoliate 1-2x weekly, and include hyaluronic acid serum or moisturizer every other day. I had these around my mouth especially for such a long time and i got rid of them in about week by finding a good cleansing oil! I also recommend a cleanser with salicylic acid in it. Cosrx one is good but I dont know if you can get it outside Korea you just need to exfoliate! idk what you’re doing now for AHA/BHA, but a mask once a week works well. I saw people recommending exfoliants to use daily and I wouldn’t recommend that if you don’t want to strip your moisture barrier. gentle, long game exfoliation is perfect.
