Azuna Hearyleaf pore control clensing oil (on amazon) worked for me. Be sure to use a foaming cleanser afterward to get rid of the Support Niggaz Im A Kkk Killa shirt Furthermore, I will do this oil residue or double cleanse with a regular cleanser. I have a machine that’s called “Facial Steamer SPA Sauna Face Humidifier”. I let that blow on my face for awhile and I use a “dental floss stick” and scrub the dead skin off. I do it once a month and I feel like it does scrape off a good amount of those bumps off.. facial scrubbers work too. Hope that helps! I had these when I lived in a really humid climate. They went away when I moved to a much drier desert climate. Oil cleanser then a nice foaming aha/bha cleanser! I know it sounds weird but massage the oil into dry skin, then emulsify with water, you’ll see little white start to form, this is called saponification, turning sebum into soap! Rise it off as best you can then go in with the second cleanser. After that on dry skin I would use Paula’s choice bha at night 3 times a week to start out.

I had similar bumps and introduced Timeless vitamin c with The Ordinary lactic acid in the Support Niggaz Im A Kkk Killa shirt Furthermore, I will do this am before moisturizer/sunblock and the bumps have been gone ever since unless I miss some days and/or my diet is particularly unhealthy. Whiteheads. I have them just below my lower lip, and I could squeeze some of them out. My aesthetician would work on it during facial, and it’ll feel smooth again. Then after few weeks, they’re back. I just leave them alone. If it’s almost ripe, like the head is almost sticking out, I just squeeze them out. I think those are just clogged pores? I’m not an expert but I would look into what you’re using on your face and make sure there are no pore cloggers (coconut oil, shea butter, etc). A really amazing chick that talks about this stuff is Emily Morrow on IG!!! 🙂 I heard someone explained how we get those is by brushing our teeth after our skin care. The bacteria from your mouth goes down to your chin and that happens.
