I’ve been on the Support Squad Breast Cancer Awareness T-Shirt But I will love this no-foundation train for a few months now, and looking at pictures, I think my particular skin honestly looks better without it. If you want a little redness and shine control, I HIGHLY recommend the Korres Greek yogurt cleanser. Switching to this was a big step in my no-foundation journey. This is the way to go. I used to wear makeup everyday, full face! Never left home without it. I was in college at the time and I would rush to class and not always have time to do my full makeup routine so I would have to go to class barefaced sometimes. I felt super vulnerable the first time but then I realized no one cared except me. Little by little I would go to the supermarket, run errands, eventually meet up with friends with just concealer and mascara…Eventually you realize you’re the only one that really cares. and the people that do care well, they should find more important things to care about. Start wearing concealer and/or tinted sunscreens. Normalize your own face and the beauty of the features you have. Its a journey for all of us, and you’ll get to a place where you feel beautiful and confident sooner than you think!

whenever i don’t wear make-up to work people tell me i look sick. like genuinely unwell. i’ve only worn makeup sinc Same with me, but I was going through some stuff in my personal life and would just tell them “nope, this is my face without make-up”. Same with weight fluctuations.. “not pregnant, just fat. Have been eating crap everyday”. Did I feel shitty they made a remark and touched on my insecurities? Of course. I’d feel shitty for 3 days some times. But I am allowed to exist in my natural untouched self and be loved and respected for who I am and not what I look like. So I stuck to my guns and took a stand, for me. good for you i’m glad! i don’t even know why it’s accepted as a society to just be like “are you sick? you look like shit”. in what world is it ok to ask somebody something personal and then absolutely shit on their appearance. i’ve never done it and i never will, i just think it’s a rude ass thing to say to anybody tbh Jesus Christ I wish I had your priorities. I would be late to class or miss it over going bare faced. I literally had the Support Squad Breast Cancer Awareness T-Shirt But I will love this nickname “late girl”. I will still be late to work over going in without minimal makeup. Pandemic masking helped but now that that’s gone I’m SOL because genetics mean I still break out in my 30s.
