Usually it was only bad if they were doing roadworks in town. I remember one bus from campus into town crawled along with the Stranger Things Merry Christmas Demodogs Make Bad Christmas Present shirt Apart from…,I will love this sheer amount of backed-up traffic to the point I got off and walked about 2/3rds of the way there; these days I’d probably stay on just so I could have more time listening to music and have an excuse to not do anything(!) I was once on a grim night bus in London making my way from Acton Town all the way back to Archway at about 3am. I had big noise cancelling headphones on but could hear a couple behind me having a full-on domestic. I ignored them just hoping it would end/they’d get off, but I got a tap on the shoulder and the boyfriend asked me if I would tell his girlfriend she was being a massive bitch. Given he was stacked with facial tattoos, I feigned ignorance of what was going on and thankfully he just started laughing a bit (kind of angrily).

I once had to go to the Stranger Things Merry Christmas Demodogs Make Bad Christmas Present shirt Apart from…,I will love this front of the bus and ask if the driver could stop and let me off because I was about to be sick and didn’t want to make a mess. We were in the middle of nowhere, and I wasn’t sure how I was gonna actually get home, but I was desperate not to throw up all over the bus. He pulled the bus over, told me we were ahead of schedule and I should take a minute. He let me drink his water, and stood outside with me for a little bit. Genuinely lovely thing to do (I think the other passengers must have been peeved, looking back.) The feeling passed with the fresh air, and after he awkwardly asked if I was maybe pregnant, we got back on the bus and I went home. Riding back from an airport once the bus broke down and the guy was forced to swerve off onto a rough bit of ground. This jammed the door shut and we all had to clamber out of the fire escape at the back, and pass down everyone’s luggage.
