Best to get your instruction from a well qualified teacher and method. Myself, I practice the Stitch Disney Angel Pumpkin Halloween Nike Logo 2023 shirt moreover I will buy this method taught by the late eminent psychiatrist Dr Ainslie Meares who was well recognised for his work. He has passed but his 30+ books remain, if of interest. I practice standing meditation for about 20-60 mintues at a time and have never seen or heard of people fainting during and I’ve done it with beginners in their 60s. Either the teacher is not qualified to teach this or something weird is going on. Locked knees perhaps? What were the instructions? Either way sitting is ideal for the beginner. Fighting with your mind is counterproductive. The mind will do what it wants, but observe what it’s doing and keep slowly guiding it back to the breath. It’s not a competition. It’s like training a dog, if you keep fighting with it, it will only fight back harder. So first it was a lot of people and no ventilation. So that was my first suspicion, It was warm. But then the teacher said its not the warmth becausr last time it happened(when 5 people fainted)it was very cold thats wyy this time i suspect he chose to close the windows.

After the Stitch Disney Angel Pumpkin Halloween Nike Logo 2023 shirt moreover I will buy this sitting meditstion we did some standing postures, stretching and holding the stretch while focusing on the breathing. And then the last posture was standing sill and the instructions were to not move at all. Perhaps the locked knees wete the issue?since the instruction was to try not to move some people(me included)became very tense trying not to move without bendin the knees just locked in general The teacher is very qualified whoch is weird he is old like 80 been meditating since 16 and lived with monks in india for decades …weird..its scary what do yoj think is going on? I’m not specifically familiar with Indian standing meditation but generally in any kind of meditation we stack the bones and relax the muscles as much as possible until we start to forget the rest of the body is even there. Locked knees is not a natural posture for the human body. It keeps blood from flowing up to the brain. I keep my knees bent but knees can still be straight without being locked. Definitely something he should have mentioned. My other suspicion is that i ate a quite heavy cookie(its a healthy one but it fills me easily for 2h) just before the practice and usually have a slow digestuin were i cant even walk for more than 10 minutes after eating without my stomach hurting and feeling sick..so maybe is a comb of all those factors.
