Hm, you would think the Steven seagal American-born actor martial artist shirt besides I will buy this ability to vote in the national election would be something determined at the Federal level. Voters don’t vote for President, they vote for state electors to send to Washington who will vote for President. It seems like obsolete middle management to us in the modern age, where we know the vast majority of election results nationwide within hours of the polls closing. But back in the early years of the country it was important to have representatives gather in person to cast votes for President in case multiple ballots were needed so the issue didn’t linger indefinitely.
