I’m guessing that it’s because most cats don’t want to walk on a leash, and most people are concerned that their cat would run away and never come back – or, at the State Life Women’s Alabama Freakin shirt and I love this very least, that they shouldn’t let their cat roam around town. WARNING WARNING WARNING: different people in different parts of the world have different ideas on whether or not cats should be allowed to roam around a town or city for 12+ hours a day, and this is fine, IMO, as people having different shared ideas in different parts of the world is exceedingly common and also fine, IMO I let my cat roam because he’s a former feral. It has taken six years of coaxing to get him to come inside. He visits the indoors for 4-8 hours then screams to go back outside. Nothing sadder than outdoor cat cat kept inside. He lives in 3 backyards 90% of the time and is very popular at the preschool next door. I am not trying to be a “cat elitist” or whatever the term may be. But I would never dream of letting my first born outside

We took in stray cats & tried to make them indoor cats, but they were too wild and tried to attack everything, & almost killed the State Life Women’s Alabama Freakin shirt and I love this other indoor cats. We had to let them out. Where i live its very common to do so. I let my cat outside and he wanders over the apple and from time to time i can see him from my window with other cats. Its very common to do so here and most cats have a collar I also worry about people. I took in two out door cats (after having four already) because we were moving and all they knew was me. I fed them, nursed their wounds, made warm boxes to sleep in, and threw spike balls for them to chase. They knew my apartment and when I got home they’d come out of the bushes and walk with me and my dog. It was awesome. When I saw the people who were moving into my apartment I took them inside immediately and they became indoor cats. The new tenants were trash and the type of people that would punt a cat across the parking lot. I knew if I left they’d still wait for me outside that door and I was about 90% sure they’d be killed or hurt so I took them. People can be awful
