Sounds like you need to lawyers and maybe even police on the Star Wars Master Yoda May The Schwartz Be With You Shirt and by the same token and scene. Your father’s belongings should be divided between his children. Your aunt has no legal grounds. I don’t know what the appropriate course of action would be where you live and I hope that you figure it out quickly. I presume that your fathers children will likely be given everything considering you are next of kin. In the meantime I would immediately take pictures and document everything in the house that you feel is worth doing so for in case anything goes “missing” while things are sorted out. Edit to add: perhaps security cameras as well however, I don’t know the legalities where you live as far as recordings go so you may want to look into that.

You need a lawyer asap. As someone who went through this very recently, don’t expect family to “do the Star Wars Master Yoda May The Schwartz Be With You Shirt and by the same token and right thing” and obey the next of kin rules. The way it goes is like this, whoever dies, their wife/husband is next to rule the estate, then the biological kids. If no wife or kids, then the siblings of the expired get equal “shares”. So, you and your brother are actually the ones legally entitled to his estate. Of course his siblings will think they’re the ones entitled bc they’re just greedy fucks. But as I said, go see a probate lawyer and get it straightened out that way you’re the one who gets his estate (house, property, money, etc) and you can tell them to fuck off. That’s the best way. And don’t be surprised if they want nothing to do with you afterwards. These type of situations bring out people’s true colors. Look out for yourselves. Best of luck.
