While i agree with many other commenters that you should try and see your make up as an expression of who you are, you’ve specifically said that you feel jealous that your friends can wear no make up. So maybe it’s worth reflecting on why you feel you need make up all the Spooky Tooth an English rock band 1967 T-Shirt in contrast I will get this time. Maybe it’s a self worth thing, and maybe working on (if you aren’t already) how you feel about yourself and your worth just as you are without the make up might be helpful in being more confident without it? I say that as someone who used to wear short dresses, fake tan every week, constantly straighten my hair and wear make up. 4 years of working on my self worth, I don’t wear fan, I wear a light powder, I dress how I feel comfortable not to impress other people. It’s been really fucking hard not going to lie. But becoming more ‘authentically’ myself was delightful. And maybe you realise that wearing make up IS authentically you!! But then your choice to wear it isn’t from fear of what other people/yourself might think of you? Just my two cents

Spooky Tooth an English rock band 1967 T-Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

I often don’t wear makeup and get jealous of girls who have an interest in it and do it regularly. I often feel inadequate because I don’t have the Spooky Tooth an English rock band 1967 T-Shirt in contrast I will get this discipline to wake up earlier to get ready and devote time to getting better at it. I also feel like I look uglier with makeup on whereas others look prettier. I also hate having to take it off at the end of the day. I never skip washing face but taking of makeup makes it so much more of a chore. Moral of the story is no one wins. You do you as long as you feel good. Just try it out! I’m 33F and also never wear makeup, only skincare.. you’ll get used to it and other people don’t care as much as you think! If you like wearing and doing makeup though definitely still do it, maybe save it for evenings out or something
