As someone who used to bartend until 2am, you stay open an extra hour until 2am take 2. And make a ton of extra money cause drunk people get real excited about that shit. I worked graveyard at a hotel. Wasn’t a big chain hotel, but a nice 4 star hotel. When I worked during time changes, we would get off at our scheduled time which was 7am. If it was a roll back, we got paid for 8 hours, even if we worked 9. We got paid 8 hours, even if we worked 7 when we rolled forward.
