Because we have this insane idea that we have to do everything differently and by default, that is better. Look at our measurement system! It’s ridiculous and embarrassing. Why don’t you call the Slam Jalen Rose the waiting shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this letter B “bed” or C “ced”? Why do you have to break the theme by calling Z “zed”? Clearly Brits are the human equivalent of these. more repliesI give up when things don’t go as planned. Let me explain. I try to make my life better by setting small goals, like being grateful every day, getting enough sleep, writing journals, or meditating regularly. I take things step by step because it’s easier for me. At first, things usually go well, and I feel good after just a few days. But whenever something bad happens or I have a tough day, I stop doing these things, and I’m back to where I started. This has been happening for a long time now. At first, I feel great, but then something goes wrong, and I give up. You haven’t been the same kinda person all your life, you’ve been changing from time to time. How did you think those change happened?

Falling off track is normal when establishing a new routine. It’s easy to get discouraged if you consider the Slam Jalen Rose the waiting shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this days when you slack off a failure, instead of accepting them as part of the journey. Based on your post, it sounds like you struggle with perfectionism. If you have a bad day or a bad week, just pick up where you left off the following day. Even if you give up, you can always try again tomorrow. There are no rules. I know some people like to establish a routine for the results they’re hoping to achieve in the future, but I find it a lot more motivating and encouraging to focus on the process instead. That way, I don’t become obsessed with measuring my progress, which becomes stressful and leads to burnout.

1. Length is measured from the highest point on the collar down to the bottom hem. 2. Width is measured across the body of the shirt under the armpits, one way. 3. Sleeves are measured from center back to hem.
