vLong story short, I went through severe trauma due to a health issue I had which aftermath left me scarred with high levels of stress and anxiousness. Trying to recover, I keep telling myself i want to go back to the Shohei Ohtani Los Angeles Dodgers caricature shirt also I will do this person i was before the trauma, no stress no anxiety, and that’s how I want to channel and focus my thoughts. But, to no surprise, it never seemed to work and i kept on getting stressed and anxious. Now, during one meditation session, i came to a realization: Why do i want to think back to that person? That person never experienced what I have experienced, and never got a sense of the taste of death (the health issue). So, now, Im proud of who I am today, of everything i went through, and i never look back at who i was before (inexperienced). This consequently helped me cope much better with my stress. Damn this is actually an eye-opening post. Just like you, I always desired to be what I was like in the past. But no matter what I did it was always just me chasing my past self and never getting far at all in life. This is an insane realization for me. Thanks for posting op

Trauma is the Shohei Ohtani Los Angeles Dodgers caricature shirt also I will do this most helpful thing for truly ascending. Its immeasurably helpful for a quicker ego death. You shouldn’t be seeking a regressive step back into your old self that would be a mistake. Thats why normies are oblivious and barely aware of their soul or mortality or the fact that they are trapped in the wheel of karma. I wish I had any of that when I started, things would have been easier. Instead I had to replicate traumas using a lot of rituals and pushing my body and soul to unbearable limits before I could truly break through. That was an incredibly beautiful sentiment to leave with others as far as I’m concerned. There is something about that growth, mentioning it is like mentioning one of the most profound things you could think of. Without experiencing it then I don’t think you’d know it like you could, not reasonably, and I mean the pain and the growth in response.
