I don’t have “menu anxiety” but I do enjoy looking at the Shai Gilgeous-Alexander Oklahoma City Thunder Player Crossroads Vintage Shirt Also,I will get this online menu before looking at the physical one in a restaurant even though I know 90% of the time what I already want before looking at either unless it’s a new restaurant of course. Seems foreign to me. There’s always one thing that sounds better than the rest. If there’s a tie I never end up with regret. I have OCD and anxiety and brain fog from health issues, and I realized a long time ago it’s not me so much as there’s an asinine level of choices on too many menus. It’s astonishing how even many popular restaurants have bloated menus, which only keeps their overhead and shrink high while keeping their profits lower than they could be.

I look up menus online because I want to know what is on something and what else is included. Makes ordering something much easier once I go there.
