Next time it happens can you sit amongst the Settle The Score Blood And Guts July 19 2023 Event Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this crying fear? It’s an old thing scared of being separated from life. The mind can come back in full force after meditating, the mind dont like it being absent,it knows its being observed in meditation and that you are coming closer to let it go completely.Stay as the observer, thoughts and feelings are not yours. Its just the minds illusion that you are an entity living inside a body. This is false. You are non of that. Yes,mind is back. And it comes back with negativity. That used to happen for me too.Mind is sorting memories in good and bad,the bad ones gets tucked away automaticly.Come to that point when you are aware even when you are not meditating, watching thoughts emotions memories. You are none of that. That will clearly be seen and once its seen nothing will be trouble for you anymore. I think it is just that while you are in meditation your mind is experiencing freedom from its usual troubles or mindset.. a mindset you have become accustomed to .. like a load on your back that you no longer notice much …then when you finish your meditation and this mindset returns part of you realises that it’s not all to your liking.. that is one of the things meditation does .. it frees the inner self .. the psychic self.. a better way is revealed and we become aware of things about ourselves that need to come into harmony with what we experience in meditation..

If done correctly it creates new neuron pathways in the default mode network, in the prefrontal cortex, which helps defeat rumination and circular reasoning. The best way is to get a good set of instructions that you understand and can closely follow. One way is to keep on with what you are doing another option is to try another technique.
