When I’m not sure, I ask for sauces “on the Seattle Seahawks Marvel Wolverine and Deadpool True friends shirt Also,I will get this side” or to be eliminated. I generally eat most of my food “plain,” no condiments, dressings, seasonings, or dips. One of the times I’m grateful to be pescetarian; there are usually just a couple of fish and veg options so I don’t get overwhelmed. I get this so hard once the server looks to me for my turn that I usually just have a safe fallback choice to blurt if my mind goes blank with what I actually wanted. I need a fucking psychiatrist. Oh god. That’s what I do. I didn’t realize it was a symptom of anxiety – I thought I was just being prepared and efficient. Are we just making up syndromes now? Anything that causes any sort of discomfort seems to have its own name now. I only have this stress because my left eye is shot and my right eye has maybe 10° fov and fixed focal length. And poor low light vision. You just labeled people with autism, any number of anxiety issues, and all sorts of other issues that could result in this as pathetic. At least most of them don’t utterly lack empathy, though. My SO gets this bad. When I know she is stressing I help her by having a look at the menu and picking 3 meals I know she would enjoy.

Guys- be a gentleman and help your partner if she is struggling. And if you think she would appreciate it, offer to place the Seattle Seahawks Marvel Wolverine and Deadpool True friends shirt Also,I will get this order on her behalf with the wait staff. Anxiety sucks and helping in situations like this really shows her how much you care. I always order last because of the rising panic when I am faced with ordering food. I look at menus in advance, I pick something out and stick with it. If I don’t it takes me forever to decide. I have anxiety about most things, and anxiety around food. Ordering at a restaurant can be very challenging. It’s why I like specialty shops (not many in the states) like pho. What are you getting? Pho. That’s what your getting! Tai chin nam, every time! I like it, and it’s delicious.
