If you felt you couldn’t work with the Scooby Doo Moon Halloween 2023 shirt but in fact I love this person or people interviewing you as potential future colleagues, you absolutely did the right thing for you in deciding not to move forward. It does suck when you decline a position you think you would have liked, but the position comes with the people – if you didn’t like them, you probably wouldn’t have enjoyed the position, and it could have poisoned you in the future against other things that you would have liked. You could have given it a try and left if it didn’t work out. First impressions aren’t everything imo. You should put on some thicker skin. I agree with the majority of commentators – If you see a red flag in the very short duration of most interviews, something is clearly off. Your mind often processes information unconsciously. Just because the conclusions were formed this way does not invalidate them. Go with your gut.

Interesting thing about declining a position is if you are on unemployment and you decline the Scooby Doo Moon Halloween 2023 shirt but in fact I love this unemployment could be stopped. When I learned this 12 years ago I acquired special interview clothing. The jobs I did not want I would make sure to wear the loudest print power suit I could find. It was cute but way overboard. My husband (boyfriend at the time) asked me why I wore that suit to interviews. I laughed & told him it was my, “I don’t want this job, suit”. He was like but you do want a job and I said yes but not one that is not a living wage. 190 more repliesI may have given it a shot. You don’t have anything to lose. Some people aren’t good interviewers and have a different personality than normal. I guess it’s a moot point now though.
