Stop voting for politicians who want to take away your rights and your lively hood. It’s not even a joke anymore, stop not paying attention. If they gave you this in the School Is Important But Solar Eclipse Is Importanter Mountain Sunset T-Shirt In addition,I will do this EU, you could have photographed it, showed it to the bureau of GDPR control, and the soccer team would have legal issues. This is fricking personal info nobody is entitled to except your doctor. I don’t believe it’s ok in US either. Seek legal counsel or something. It’s probably the result of legislation meant to attack/harass trans and intersex kids. Ultimately, it’s also invading the privacy of cis women of course. Great job lawmakers. I played sports in high school and I’m a male but these questions were on there back then too…class of 2004. It’s for medical reasons, not political. They’re on the forms for a sports physical IIRC.

Yeah, same but for my kid. When you get a physical done these questions are asked. Then you turn the School Is Important But Solar Eclipse Is Importanter Mountain Sunset T-Shirt In addition,I will do this physical form into the school. I’m from a different state than this one and that looks like the exact same form. People that say they didn’t get that question may not be paying attention when the physical comes up – usually a parent fills out what they can, hands it to the doctor for their section and they sign it. My kid didn’t even care to review it. I believe it’s just a way to gauge their liability. They asked heart questions, eye questions and other things that are going to affect people that the school wants to be aware of to limit liability. A kid with endometriosis, for example, will need the coach to understand why they can’t run, and at 12 kids are still figuring out if they have any issues regarding periods at this point. Simply asking “is your kid suffering from endometriosis or whatever syndrome” would probably get a “no” instead of the details that might lead to accommodations. That’s how I took it anyway. You might argue that’s private, but I have to tell the school my child is diagnosed ADHD for a sport as well, and the medicine she takes, and I find pigeon holing my kid right out of the gate as offensive as well. Everyone gets laid bare on these things in the name of liability.
