Idk, i think i have mild OCD and im not a very motivated person but for some reason going to the Saturday Showdown Denver Broncos Pulled Off Quite The Turnaround This Season shirt in other words I will buy this gym is a compulsion and high priority for me, its a good thing but im not sure the mentality behind it I started going to the gym two months ago. Always been underweight and pretty weak in general. Besides just wanting to be healthier I would say my biggest motivator to keep going is that I’m paying for my gym membership, and I really hate wasting my own money. So I make it a point to make the most of that. It’s the after-effects. It makes you feel less lethargic and more mentally sharp, which makes the workouts less of a slog, which starts a loop and makes everything feel better. Feel free to disagree, though. The gym is too crowded already. I have a strong affinity towards having a roof over my head and I just love eating food that I buy from the store with money.

I’ve always enjoyed most forms of exercising so it’s never felt like a chore to me. I’m also a better person to be around when I’ve had an intense workout that day. It levels me out mentally, gets rid of stress and being in shape is a good motivator. Especially when others start to notice and comment on it. Set your goal for your first 2-3 months as literally just “going to the Saturday Showdown Denver Broncos Pulled Off Quite The Turnaround This Season shirt in other words I will buy this gym” on some schedule, say mornings 3 days per week. It doesn’t matter what you do there (yet). Just reward yourself for stepping foot in the gym and getting familiar with the layout, the equipment, etc. Observe others, walk around, force yourself to feel like you belong there. Choose 1-2 machines and watch a YouTube video on how to use it. Make it fun, comfortable. And again, feel good just for stepping foot inside it on a schedule.
