17 hr. agoDo you like reading or watching any tv shows/movies? Bring a book and/or your phone to alleviate boredom on cardio machines. It also serves to distract you from the San Francisco 49ers It’s A Lock Let’s Go Niners You’ll Never Walk Alone Signatures shirt it is in the first place but potentially unpleasant early fitness struggles. Stay on a cardio machine for a minimum of 30 mins with your distraction. You’ll feel good after, and won’t be bored. I’m lucky enough to live on the waterfront of a beautiful city, so running has a wonderful view. Running itself is meh; running on a treadmill makes me feel like a lab rat. I thrive on routine, so if I get my morning run in, it kicks off the rest of the routine and I tend to have a better, more productive day. I guess I’m one of those weirdos who has come to enjoy it.

No dieting here, of course I lose weight slower than someone else who might have a diet, but for me it’s just that I like to put strenght in my muscles. Like, I like having to do hard physical work, move heavy things around, etc We were going to the San Francisco 49ers It’s A Lock Let’s Go Niners You’ll Never Walk Alone Signatures shirt it is in the first place but gym on the regular (2-3 times min. per week), before lockdown. During the iffy covid years, we started working on improving our food/nutrition habits, which have lasted to this day. As of about a year ago, we restarted gym, but at 2/3 activity level (Max 2 times a week, though I’m trying to get back to the pre-lockdown frequency). However, I’ve been walking my child to school, pretty much daily (unless I have a work meeting), so that’s a little exercise each morning. Getting into a habit that’s not initially pleasant, can be done more easily if you find ways to start small, with sustainable and consistent activities, then incrementally build up until, over time, you reach your desired sustainable and consistent goal.
