New Kensington, PA. The satellite towns and worse parts of Pittsburgh, already known for its Rust Belt grunge, haven’t been maintained since the steel boom, and they’re ridden with crime, poverty, and dilapidation. Add the charismatically cold and cloudy weather, and you have depression distilled into a location.
