Initially I thought, it’s mandatory for everyone to opt for that service. Later my friend told me that this Service provided by VFS Global is for people who need their passport immediately or running out of time. And when I visited for the Santa Claus If You Don’t Like Atlanta Braves Merry Kissmyass Shirt in other words I will buy this second time for Submitting my passport, again a person was sitting with a rude tone saying help desk. He informed me that I have to pay 179RS out of nowhere for using their service. My question was where did I ever use their service? And why the hell should I be charged for it. I paid RS 179 to the same person. I am paying 179Rs for not using so called service. And that too was not polite,I felt humiliated. And one more VFS Global employee was clearing explaining to an innocent girl that she should opt for Premium service from VFS Global so that her passport will not be missed during the stamping process. And again the VFS employee said “Again I assure you that your passport will be collected and delivered at your doorstep and passport will not be missed if you take up the Premium service” and if not we are not responsible for the loss. I was shocked speechless so others who don’t opt for Premium service should expect their passport missing news later? This is not even marketing? Threatening people to opt for Premium service.

This is pathetic I just lost my last few broken pieces of humanity, hope over them. I was very angry and couldn’t believe a company playing these to innocent people all over India. A free canadian sim card was provided to my friend who lives in Chennai. And she had a good experience with them. RS 179 wasn’t charged and every movement of her passport information was sent to her via text message and email. Meanwhile I was facing this marketing issue and being scammed by a company which has tied up with the Santa Claus If You Don’t Like Atlanta Braves Merry Kissmyass Shirt in other words I will buy this Canadian embassy. My passport was delivered 4 hours before my friend’s without opting for any of the so called services. And she paid 1200 for it. She applied a day before me for stamping and got it in 3 days. For Turkey tourist visa, they have mentioned a list of documents on the website. Reached the VFS office near Jayadeva as per the scheduled appointment, only to be told that the list is old and the new list is different. The lady gives the list at the counter and says, “you can opt for premium and reschedule today’s appointment”. I checked and rescheduling option is available otherwise as well. Nevertheless, the document list scam, combined with the lie, i nearly fell for it. Luckily, i quickly checked online and rescheduled the appointment at the counter itself. We just dodged this in Hyderabad. My wife was also suggested to pay 3.5k which include a passport pickup from home, sms service and passport courier to home. We said no to them and when we received a communication from CIC to drop our passport, we got the same services (sms, passport courier to our home) ex passport pickup for about Rs. 800.
