I agree, they often try to scam you. I was billed and almost charged for a premium service when I explicitly told them for a regular service twice. The manager said he forgot the Santa Claus If You Don’t Like AC x DC Merry Kissmyass 2023 Shirt But I will love this prices when asked for an explanation, I caught him red handed and he later told me to check for the prices online. on the other hand, i would have thrown the USB cable in the dustbin and take the bag inside, and collect the USB cable later from the DUSTBIN to show how petty iam. VFS has a monopoly when it comes to visas for certain countries. They can get away with shitty services (check reviews on Google) since customers don’t have an alternate option. I ve declined their premium services on my biometric appointment. I am not sure if they have done something to my application but i havent got any response regarding the application nor can track the same. Its been over a year since the incident

They usually give an option for additional services when you’re getting the Santa Claus If You Don’t Like AC x DC Merry Kissmyass 2023 Shirt But I will love this appointment online. It is best to opt for courier service there instead of at the venue. They will scare you and try to force you to apply for premium services, priority visa etc. Don’t fall for those I was exhausted by their behaviour when I visited the Bangalore branch. I was informed by an employee of VFS Global that “1) I have to opt for Premium service which includes collecting passports for stamping and delivered at my doorstep” 2) A Canadian sim card will be provided. 3) Every movement about the passport will be informed and charged for those messages. 4) I was told that “By opting for their premium service, My passport will be stamped within 5days and even on sat and Sun they work for premium quality. If not opting, it will take up to 15 days for stamping “
