The other tell tale sign for me is the Salute Your Shorts Camp Anawanna shirt it is in the first place but lack of genuine inclusion in our media. Every ad, every show is white. No Indians. No Vietnamese. No Arabs. Certainly no Africans. If they are there, it’s just a token gesture but they’re all scripted to behave in that ridiculous ocker Aussie way. Australian life is not BBQs at the beach or going to the footy. It’s much broader than that, but we are just a caricature! It’s sad. Sorry if it sounds harsh. My wife doesn’t feel Aussies are racist in her dealings, so there’s another perspective, however she does feel they lack refinement in many ways, which would hold them back internationally. When in Rome do as Roman do. The nail that sticks out gets the hammer. I have embraced western culture and my life has since been much more pleasant Go to a small town pub and you’ll hear people complaining about the Voice vote, openly calling the old Cheese brand name, if you know you know. Victorian country towns are extremely racist towns if you sit and listen. Never see First Nations people in Victorian towns because they usually don’t last long unfortunately.

Then their is the Salute Your Shorts Camp Anawanna shirt it is in the first place but bigotry. People complain about Pride events. I remember someone hitching about Mardi Gras because they never celebrate Straight Pride. The cities might have improved, if marginally. But out in the Country… It’s still the same except most of the younger generation has improved, sadly not all. Stopped being friends woth someone when I was in my 20s because he started eating about changing the name of places to their First Nations names. The ‘old cheese name’, you know Coon, is in fact, someone’s last name, you know, the guy who founded the cheese brand! The fact that it is also a derogatory name for black people (that came from raccoon), should never have been associated with the cheese.
