So maybe start with not wearing makeup to go shopping or for some activities? Start small and work your way up, if you already stopped wearing makeup at home you already started 🙂 Lockdown broke my makeup addiction too. I figured on day 1 that I could give my pores a break. A few years later we had a conference with employees and I bought a new makeup forever powder foundation and I haven’t even opened it. Earlier this month I also went to our hq in Florida for a week and had to remember to put mascara and eyeliner on before work. No one ran screaming at my red shiny face (probably cause Florida?). Brought the Roger Dean Yes Don’t Kill The Whales Shirt and I love this powder foundation again and didn’t even open it. My skin thanks me though- aside from a few hormonal (minor) breakouts, the last few years have practically un-aged me Skincare/makeup hybrid products are also fantastic for the skin-loving benefits, and to still add some glow/pigment/etc. to the face as you get used to going out without regular makeup!

First Aid Beauty’s Ultra Repair Cream is the Roger Dean Yes Don’t Kill The Whales Shirt and I love this best moisturizer I’ve used. I also use The Ordinary’s hyaluronic acid and Inkey List Vit C serum. I use Sephora’s matte perfection powder and the Fenty instant retouch primer as my daily base now. I tried a sample of the FAB moisturizer, it was so soothing on my sensitive skin! This sounds like an awesome base, thanks for sharing! I feel dumb, but for some reason it never occurred to me to layer multiple skin care products under make-up?! I usually just do moisturizer and sunscreen. I do a full routine at night, but my morning routine is just rinsing with water and using moisturizer before sunscreen and makeup. La Roche Posey has a good tinted sunscreen that can replace foundation. I use a primer under it but it can look as good as heavy foundation. If I feel like I have red patches, a bit of color corrector before the sunscreen will be fine. A layer of setting powder and it’s all good – I don’t know if I could ever do a liquid foundation ever again unless i was at the Oscars LRP is my current skincare routine! I love their cleanser, and moisturizer. It’s really one of the few products my sensitive skin can handle. Do you -by any chance- know if the tinted sunscreen has a decent shade range (for medium skin tones?) Saie, Summer Fridays, Rose Inc, Kosas, Live Tinted, Erborian, Pixi, and Persona are some of the brands that come to mind.
