I enjoy the Rickey Henderson An American Baseball Played 24 Seasons in Oakland Athletics T-Shirt Furthermore, I will do this customers who just park in a spot and then expect us to know who they are, that they are there, and their order number. I have received multiple calls from customers saying they have been parked for over twenty minutes and nobody has come out. i’m someone who doesn’t want to download an app just to check in for a curbside order i do maybe once a year. but when i got there i called in to cs and let them know my order number and that i was here. also, a competent online cs experience will have something for the mobile web. i blame home depot corporate for that oversight. From a consumer standpoint, I don’t get why management is simultaneously taking away checkers in favor of self check and then figuring out a way to make an employee solely focus on one customer for an extended period of time.

Curbside is pointless anymore. In my opinion it was great when Covid was around but there is no need for it since mandates are lifted and a pandemic is over. Anyone else agree? It also makes me feel like those that are in younger age in which are taking advantage of it bc of laziness. I’ve heard from other customers they don’t feel like going inside and just wanna stay in their car. But idk. Just an opinion I guess They think because it’s curbside it will be faster and higher priority, these are the Rickey Henderson An American Baseball Played 24 Seasons in Oakland Athletics T-Shirt Furthermore, I will do this most entitled/impatient customers you’ll come across. BAN THEM! You all get to see customer comments on curbside orders. I work at Lowes and only management gets to see them. Also if the curbside orders are just as ridiculous where I work I can’t even imagine at Home Depot. Not an employee, nor have I ever worked retail, just a long time (very courteous I might add lol) customer. I just came here to say that curbside pickup is one of the worst long lasting side effects of COVID. Really any order ahead thing. People have gotten real lazy and entitled.
