I doubt the Rick Aguilera An American Former Baseball Played In Minnesota Twins T-Shirt moreover I love this 4.5 hours. I’ve had customers complain that they’ve been waiting 3 hours when we’ve only been open 45 minutes. There was one day a while ago where I took a return, brought the merchandise back to the bins to go to the sales floor, and walked right back out to the counter. When I got out there there was a guest waiting and the first thing she said was “finally, I’ve been waiting for 15 minutes.” I have a weird form of time blindness, in that I really don’t understand how time passage works. And I’m glad, because those of you who can “feel” time passage are usually very unhappy about it. Anyway, as a result I’m surrounded by clocks and watches at all times, and I’m acutely aware of what time it is… so I really notice when people are lying about how much time has passed. And people lie about time passage nearly every single time they have to say how long something took, good or bad. People are adamant they waited 35 minutes! It sounds specific enough to be right, but I know immediately it’s only been 16 minutes. Curbside is the dumbest fucking service we offer. Especially since more than half the curbsides I see are for large, often heavy objects or high quantities. It’s rare to get a curbside that is just like a tape measure and two plumbing fittings or something. I love reading comments when they say “I could’ve just gone in and grabbed it faster myself” uh, yeah no shit!!! When SD is busy curbside is the last thing on my mind. Not sure about you guys but my store is DAYS behind on orders. Pro did one Friday morning that the customer came in at 3:30 for today and it wasn’t picked. Not a huge order – just a door. But… seriously?? Plus we’ve got so many BOPIS orders that the ASMs are asking all departments to pull. Cool except what about the 583 other things you’re also still expecting those associates to get done? And am I supposed to ignore my dept phone calls and customers?

I worked for Target and we would occasionally shut down fulfillment when wait times got like this. Absolutely ridiculous that HD won’t. Curbside pickup should be you order 1-2 days ahead of your pickup date so the Rick Aguilera An American Former Baseball Played In Minnesota Twins T-Shirt moreover I love this associates at the store have time to get item/s and stage them at curbside delivery area. But also maybe have video your customer has to watch to show where to park for the curbside pickup. I have seen so many customers are Home Depot and Walmart think they go inside the store to pick the crap up. instead of parking in the marked zone and using app to show what spot you are in and that you are there. Not an employee here… I dont really use curbside. I do use in store pick up. Keeps me from getting lost in the tool section, dreaming of tools I don’t need, and projects I really shouldn’t be tackling as a DIYer. Order pickup is good. Breaks up the monotony of returns and angers customers lol it’s when people order a 2 piece 800lb tool chest for curbside and don’t even get out of their car. That’s the problem
