this is honestly embarrassing and i’m not even sure if this is the Retro Kaiju Japanese Santa Is Coming To Town shirt Besides,I will do this right community but, basically i’ve worn makeup since middle school. any time i went outside i wore skin makeup and mostly because i was so insecure of my acne. as i’ve grown older i’m better about not wearing it all the time but i do still wear it everyday to work and school if i know i’ll be near people lol. i literally don’t feel like myself without it on.. but the thing is although im still insecure without makeup sometimes i feel like my skin makeup just looks so shit by the end of the day (even if it starts out wonderful) that i feel like i might as well just not wear any??? but i literally am terrified to look at anyone without it cause in a weird way it’s like my shield? i don’t know how to explain, but can someone please help how do i become comfortable without this thing that’s been my crutch for so long and idk if i feel myself without?It’s a lot like walking in heels – try it at home alone, try it on a quick errand, get used to it and build up your confidence. On a day you’re not really leaving the house, do some fun makeup and no foundation. Just bop around doing your chores and relaxing, and check yourself out in the mirror a lot. Try that a few times, then try going to the grocery store with no foundation. Then maybe lunch with a friend. Eventually you’ll get used to how you look without it, no foundation will seem normal and wearing foundation will feel super glam.
