Wow, that’s a lot of horn usage. I think we could do with a collective chill pill. I’ve used mine twice in 4 years – both for the Rest In Peace Pat Robertson 700 Club 1930 2023 Shirt What’s more,I will buy this same thing. Someone pulling out of a side road too wide or tight so being on the wrong side of the road, whilst still checking for traffic in the lane they’re joining, so not looking forward and realising that they’re driving head on into me. Little toot so they look up and shift over so I don’t mount a kerb avoiding them….which is what I did during a driving lesson instead of using the horn. You’re only meant to use it to warn other road users of your presence, and I’ve never been in a situation where that would be necessary. Never really, there’s probably a few occasions where it would be justified but I’m to busy saying “where the fuck are you going” to think about the horn. The few occasions I have used it would be in the back lanes, when it gets narrow and twisty. Oh, but I did use it once this year because someone was watching the wrong lights I believe, 2 lanes one to go right the other forwards and are managed by 2 lights and on occasion people don’t seem to realise which lights they should be looking at. Driving culture is different in every country. In Egypt it’s used as an ‘I’m here, so you know’ notification. In the UK it’s used as a ‘ what the fuck are are you doing you fucking prick’ complaint. You can’t compare the two I’m a pedestrian minding my own business and I see some gammon faced bastard blaring his horn because someone Infront of them is going the speed limit.

If you can’t use a horn properly then tbh you probably shouldn’t be driving. It’s the Rest In Peace Pat Robertson 700 Club 1930 2023 Shirt What’s more,I will buy this least hard part of driving. Imagine how you feel about other traffic laws if you can’t even use a fucking horn properly! Fairly regularly, occasionally when going over blind bridges or blind single track corners, but mainly when someone cuts into my lane on a roundabout or drifts towards me on the motorway, which is a shockingly common occurrence. Very occasionally, I’ve used it in car parks to try to prevent people reversing into me, or when someone’s about to drive into something else. Moving from Egypt to here I can’t tell you how insane it was walking in the street without hearing someone use the horn every 2 seconds. I was like… this is very peaceful lmfao. Never used my horn in 1.5 years of driving. I’d rather back myself to avoid an accident than warn someone who’s been a total wally that I’m there. Obviously if I had no chance of avoiding it without third party intervention I’d beep but never been in that situation
