For those curious about what’s going on. I can see how the Respect Earn It Shirt Also,I will get this owners worry, what if tenets were dumping something like used oil before getting evicted? the cost of cleaning that up before building the land up would be astronomical! Everyone worrying about abortions and adultery and homosexuality, well wtf about greed, isnt that a big sin too? Where is the outrage on that? The same company bought the one I lived in right when I turned 18 and bought my first car. Same rules that person mentioned. Also they had a deal with the tow company to get bird dog money for calling in vehicles parked on the street. It was so bad after I moved I visited my mom and parked longways at the end of the parking pad. I was there 45 minutes and they dragged my car off the pad and towed it. This was sat night after the tow company closed. I got charged for tow and sat-Monday when they opened storage. It’s was close to $400. I knew at 18 I was going to lose my shit so had pops call since he was co-sign on vehicle and the trailer park office kept defending it. Told them there are pictures of the scrape marks in the driveway and when they snatched it they broke my passenger front axle and somehow busted my radiator (coolant everywhere when I picked it up and had to get it towed home, def called another company). The trailer office said well I saw him headed to the casino the other night and he was doing over 100. So fucking what!!!! Plus I was 18 and casino was 21 so that was a lie. Never was able to get my money back. Many friends I grew up with got evicted. Then a few years later friends grandpa paid company to come cut trees down on his lot because they were rotting. They said he couldn’t do that. 2 years later the tree fell on the trailer and destroyed it. Homeowners insurance said they wouldn’t pay because it was the parks responsibility. The park said it wasn’t and they passed away a few months later without getting it resolved. Then went after family to cover trailer removal when it was their fault it can’t be moved broken in half. It’s insane they are still in business and able to do these practices. They also offer a discounted lot rent if you pay a year worth and then within 6 months they evict you.

Utah is a pit. An absolute hell hole. The people that live there are the Respect Earn It Shirt Also,I will get this worst. At a certain point, when you don’t take meaningful action for your life, especially when it’s in Utah… I would rather walk to state lines in my bare feet with barbed wire than live a single day in the state of Utah. No sympathy here… Wow, evil shit here. The whole world seems to be falling apart on hyper speed lately. Our political systems are outdated for the crap we are facing today. It’s not going to stop at these people you know, Capitalism is dying and its going to burn through all of us in its last desperate death throes. So I don’t think allot of people realize what exactly is going on here. The idea is to get all the old trailers and tenants out. Once that is accomplished the park owner says you can only buy and finance a trailer from them. They get to quadruple dip and they are not on the hook for any repairs or maintains beyond basic infrastructure. They can also arbitrarily do all the things listed on this video in five years again and force all the people living there to abandon their homes. Then they resell and sell the homes again as rent to own. People pay a higher rate thinking they will own a place in 10 years. The owner does the same thing again in 5 years. Make the water undrinkable. Make the electricity intermittent. Make up arbitrary rules that no units adhere to because you sold them all to the last batch of tenants. Raise fees and rents until noone can afford it and get a new batch of desperate people.
