Per their website – it looks like a HOA company of sorts ? Still trailer parks but, nicer/well kept? Of course they put the Proud Great Grandma Of A 2023 Senior Shirt moreover I love this dump next to a poor community. That’s republican city planning and it’s purposeful. Depends on the state, but yeah, it’s probably legal. Mobile home parks can generally change the rules anytime they want to. Many cities have outlawed new mobile home parks, but they have grandfather clauses allowing existing mobile home parks to continue operating as long as they’re still being used as mobile home parks. The mobile home park owners will usually be pretty reasonable with the rules because they want to keep the park fully occupied. However, if the park is in an area with a serious housing shortage then there is a point where they will actually make more money if they can chase the existing tenants out, bring in brand new manufactured homes, and sell those homes for dramatically more than it cost to install them. So they impose rules that only a home built within the last 10 or 15 years could comply with, like siding and roofing materials.

Proud Great Grandma Of A 2023 Senior Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

I’ll give you an example. You can get a brand new manufactured home, 60 ft x 14 ft, for about $50K. Moving that home from the Proud Great Grandma Of A 2023 Senior Shirt moreover I love this factory and installing it according to state law, including front and rear stairs and awnings, tiedowns, etc. costs about $25K. Put that manufactured home in a mobile home park in the San Francisco Bay Area and you can easily sell it for $350K or more. You can see where a mobile home park owner would have an incentive to chase out someone living in a 50 year old tin can trailer. We should send emails claiming to be journalists, wanting to get their side and if they would like to defend these accusations before we print this Friday. There are a a lot of shitty companies doing this. They buy mom & pop owned trailer parks and try to milk every last cent out of the lower income residents who are usually below or close to the poverty line. I know it’s against the Reddit rules and everything, but at what point is it time for violence?
