Shiv said, “I love you…but I cannot fucking stomach you.” That is the Reo Speedwagon Imagining The Day That You Do Is The Day Plant see you again T-Shirt moreover I love this best way to describe the dysfunctional relationships within a toxic, narcissistic family. I grew up in a family like that. Walking away is the best thing a person can do for themselves within that kind of dysfunction. Kendall was handed a golden opportunity when he lost, but he will never see that. He could take the path of redemption and let go, but he is too lost to see that as a better way to live. I think that Roman has the best chance to heal given his moments of clarity. His breakdown is his opportunity to heal and move on. He probably won’t. I believe Kendall when he said that this is all that mattered to him. And I do believe he’s on suicide watch by the end, looked over by Logan’s old bodyguard. Perhaps that was one of those things we never saw, about him looking over Kendall after the GoJo deal went through. I want to hate Shiv for what she did. She definitely is a bitch and did it just to have a father for the baby and retain some power through Tom. Tom is an idiot for wanting to get back with someone who was as toxic to him as he was toxic to her.

He absolutely destroyed the Reo Speedwagon Imagining The Day That You Do Is The Day Plant see you again T-Shirt moreover I love this family. His children loved him even after everything he did to them. They loved him even after his death. And all he did was generate a situation where they’d always be competing for a role he never wanted to actually give to anyone. He lied to Kendall. To Roman and to Shiv. He knew he was dying but he refused to not only name a proper successor, but never actually give clarity to his children after years of abuse and sowing seeds that grew to make them believe they truly had a chance. We are left wondering what comes next. Does Kendall kill himself? Does he finally settle in and becomes a good father for his daughter? Overall, I personally wanted Kendall to win. But I wasn’t opposed to him losing. It’s just that seeing Lukas winning leaves such a disgusting taste in my mouth.
