Imo, if you’re supplementing omega 3s its better to take an algae supplement over fish oil anyways. Algae is the Reality Glitch Tree of Life Shirt in other words I will buy this direct source, why use a middle man. Has the added benefit of supporting seaweed cultivation which is eco-friendly and vegan. The middle man is more concentrated. If you’re looking to lower triglycerides or treat depression, you’d need to take an awful lot of the algae pills. I think it would be too expensive. Same with Krill oil. I liked the idea of it, until I saw how low the dose was per pill. If you need 500-1500 mg EPA/day, liquid fish oil is your best bet. I imagine most people taking the vegan EPA/DHA supplement are probably vegan, and thus triglycerides wouldn’t likely be an issue for them.

But I believe the Reality Glitch Tree of Life Shirt in other words I will buy this easiest way to lower triglycerides through diet is a massive reduction in refined carbohydrate, and vegans aren’t immune from those. Could be placebo for me… i notice i have a better mental attitude inward and outward when i keep up on my b complex. Worse when i dont for a few days/week. Indeed it is! I have several deficiencies thanks to being both Celiac AND pregnant Thankfully my levels are tested rigorously but I’m running out of room in my pill organizer… If your body doesn’t absorb B12 the supplements won’t work. (I need to have a injection every 4 weeks for my B12) Yes I do but I don’t know how to explain it in right in English… I know it has something to do that your body isn’t capable to convert it to something useful. I also know without looking at the calendar when it’s time for my shot again because my legs feel horrible, get more forgetful, more tired and at night I often struggle with words. It’s okay 🙂 it was far worse without the injections to be honest… I was so tired I slept almost the whole day, even fell asleep during lunchbreak at work. I got the injections for 8 years now so I’m kinda used to it (it goes directly into the muscle must say it took a long time before I got used to that haha) How did you figure out you needed injections? Are you dealing with a chronic illness that led you down this path? Mostly I was so tired but so tired I slept almost whole day when I didn’t need to work. When I was at work I fell asleep the moment I sat down for lunchbreak. I got my blood tested and my B12 was so low that the doctor immediately started with b12 injections. After a few weeks I already felt better
