They don’t notify you earlier because they were trying to find you something else? I doubt it. As a travel agent in the Real women love baseball smart women love the Orioles diamond heart shirt Besides,I will do this past and a super host I can assure you it’s doesn’t work that way. Host can find a better and bigger place in few miles away and guests won’t relocate because of numerous reasons. We had a situation when guests need to stay a night longer and another guests coming same day to check in…never worked other than going to hotel nearby. Asking for a bank account info or offer you a gift card at this point… Airbnb app for the Host has a button, right under each reservation: ‘SEND or request money’, they can not miss it, because next one ‘Message’ (guest) and ‘Call’. Whole situation is weird. You can ask host for proof of another reservation was made before yours but I don’t think it’s will change anything.

I didn’t think there’s a glitch in the Real women love baseball smart women love the Orioles diamond heart shirt Besides,I will do this system. I think that they have a more valuable renter and they’re trying to get you to cancel. That’s exactly what happened. Someone else offered them a lot of money on top of the regular rate. So they have to get OP to cancel and even offered part of their “bonus” money as a consolation prize. It sounds like a great property in a very good location. I’m sure OP won’t be able to find a comparable place to stay. I would tell the host no; that they booked in good faith and it was accepted. It’s a done deal. OP can tell the host that they will contact AirBnB for the host and sort out who booked first; and let customer service know what the host is trying to do. This should make the host extremely nervous but OP should screenshot everything and let customer service know anyway.
