Did I dream it or were a lot of the Rather Unique az do or die shirt Also,I will get this pre interviews going “Lala has had the BIGGEST glow up, you’ll be so excited with her runway looks this season”. I really hope I dreamed this because… WUT. See, I wasn’t impressed with anything she did on her original season and I’m kinda shocked the judges are letting her cakewalk through the competition now when there’s been no improvement. I’m sure she’s a nice person and all, but have no idea what the judges have gotten out of her this entire time, because I feel like her runways are always bad and her challenges are usually slightly below average, so I dunno. The first look is gorge but her third look is wack, the caramel parts are poorly executed, it doesn’t look like caramel but weird brown flakes? Dried leaves? And Lala please, if you’re gonna do the kinky tux reveal… if it’s not going to be on that level you’re going to be read for it no matter what

I love her because she’s funny as hell and charismatic but it’s hard to pretend these looks belong on all stars. HOWEVER she was cast 1 year after her season, no matter what her booking fees are she can’t just throw money at outfits + the Rather Unique az do or die shirt Also,I will get this time allowed to prepare isn’t that long and I understand that but the issue here also feels like half the time they’re just not flattering her figure. I mean… she truly has nerve if she can walk the runway in an unstyled, not pre-shaken shake-n-go wig and like no body I think La La is fantastic, funny, gorgeous, all of it. Her personality is meant for Drag Race. But I think she’s one of those people who don’t necessarily have the best instincts for fashion, when left to her own devices. My best friend is the exact same. Gorgeous, sweet, everything you need in a friend and more. But she has absolutely no inner sense of style. Like it just doesn’t click. I’m not a fashionista myself, but I have a little bit of a sense of what works for me. Colors, styles, brands. I think La La just needs a good stylist by her side, and to get some guidance. She said in an interview that Symone was her inspiration for her runway package, and when the interviewer asked if she talked to Symone for advice, she said no
