Mob boss/serial killer: your dad begged me to kill an innocent reporter Reddit is like, 90% psuedointellectuals. I knew there would be comments praising it but I didn’t think it would be THIS many of them I feel like I didn’t watch the same movie as everyone else. I was really excited to see it, because Batman has been my favorite hero for years! The dialogue was atrocious, and the fight scenes were really bad. A gang of dudes really just stood around and let Batman punch their friend in the face 6 times without even trying to help. It looked so bad. Easily the worst Batman movie I’ve seen, and I’ve seen Batman and Robin.I don’t know how The Batman sequel could include Poison Ivy in a “realistic way” but I want a hot red head on screen flirting OUTRAGEOUSLY with Bruce Wayne at a gala in a knockout green dress, lots of leg. Despite batman being shot multiple times, despite him getting electrocuted, having a gun to his head, very meh. I think partly because whilst we know batman is never going to be killed, at least if the main protagonist is present, there is a scintilla of a chance it’ll happen, but that’s snuffed out when it’s faceless stormtrooper shooter baddies instead with the bad guy already locked up. And the elongated parting ways drive off at the end, Christ alive.
