This is how I feel currently, and when I’ve told people this, they usually say “oh you’ll feel differently when you’re holding them in your arms.” and I tell them, “and what if I dont?” I’m not willing to gamble some tiny humans’ life on whether or not my mind changes when shit gets real. I think too many people get caught up in what society tells them is the Quito Ecuador Design Shirt in contrast I will get this “next step.” That having kids is just what you do after marriage, which, of course, is after college. Skipping any or all of those things is still a viable and worthwhile way to live. Find what works for you. I have never understood this – not once in my 39 years have I ever had the urge to procreate. When people talk about a desire to be pregnant or be a parent, I have trouble believing that it is stemming from biology verses societal brainwashing, severe egotism, plain boredom, or some other logic that they don’t care to own up to. The idea that people with certain genetics, or people of a certain class should be dissuaded from having kids is called eugenics.

I feel like it’s a fine line I still don’t quite understand. In my case personally I was handed the Quito Ecuador Design Shirt in contrast I will get this exact opposite of the genetic jackpot, to the point where it 100% effects any idea of ever having children. I don’t think I would want kids anyway necessarily, but out of my genetic issues I could pass on ADHD, OCD, severe insomnia/nightmare disorder, minor scoliosis, Alzheimer’s, and a million other physical and mental issues. My existence is already agonizing enough, I don’t know if I could ever willingly create a life knowing that they could for even a second feel the way that I do. Is that not eugenics technically? Would it be different because I am just explaining my personal troubles with it, as opposed to advocating for anyone that has ADHD to never have kids?
