MvC3 was the Premium 27 years of 1996 2023 Enrique Iglesias thank you for the memories signature shirt and I love this last time I bought a Capcom fighter brand new full price close to launch. Now I wait for 1. The inevitable upgrade version 2. And the inevitable super sale of said upgrade version years and years after it’s release. 5 dollars on Steam? Included in a Humble Bundle? That’s the ticket. I don’t have to imagine. Reddit was plenty popular in late 2011(2 billion page views a month, was really the point it was starting to take off big and growing rapidly) and UMVC3 was roasted a fair bit. Capcom would’ve been getting roasted for releasing that game at 40 bucks just 9 months after the base game released. They did get roasted. Ultimate Marvel 3 sold like crap compared to vanilla. During that time period is when Capcom started earning the nickname of “Crapcom”.

Considering that Dead or Alive 2: Ultimate had probably the Premium 27 years of 1996 2023 Enrique Iglesias thank you for the memories signature shirt and I love this most unlockable costumes ever (over 120) without DLC needed, it’s so depressing that the series took the DLC route, especially when each pack is the cost of a full game. DOA6 Core Fighters is a real “base game”: 4 fighters and no story mode; story mode and additional fighters unlocked through DLC. Fucking imagine thinking it is “semantics” when you know damn well companies rely on bending terms and pushing boundaries. Imagine for one fucking second that you are actively accepting and defending companies to allow more monetization (especially huge companies) by false advertising. Imagine being a consumer and encouraging companies to break rules to charge you more. Well you don’t have to imagine but I have not and it is a struggle. Just so you know, it isn’t cool to just accept that things are being more monetized. I know you think it feels good telling people to stop complaining about not wanting shitty business practices but it is a not good look. It is fucking detestable.
