It means corporate America wants yet another gimme in the Potw Marcus Holman shirt besides I will buy this form of an already trained employee that the manager doesn’t need to deal with Lol calm down. You sound like uppity asshole, which is why you were fired. You had a barista job, it’s not that serious. Okay, you’ve already heard that you sound a little cocky, but let’s run with your version. You say you served roughly 400 drinks in 3 hours, which seems at the high end of believable, but I can see it happening during a special event. Which makes me wonder. Was there a special event going on? Some sort of marathon or Pride activity, or something that would create that many customers? If so, I’d be tempted to say that you got hired for the day, and they for some reason didn’t tell you it was a one day engagement. There’s always the obvious possibility that you weren’t as good you think you were. The alternative is that management held a vendetta like conspiracy to get rid of good workers so they could replace them with bad workers, which would be kind of strange.

Reasons for dismissal: Looked at me sideways Has a blue shirt on Leaned against the Potw Marcus Holman shirt besides I will buy this wall Whistled while you worked, etc I had this happen to me once, but it was a cashier in a neighborhood market. I was fired after the first day, no training, because I was “too slow.” Mind you, no training or anything after being promised I’d be there training under another cashier who never showed up. It turned out the manager had a relative who needed a job so they gave the job to them instead. This sotuations suck so bad. You were doing good as first day from what you said. I will nevet understand this rejections. Either you didn’t do nearly as well as you think, OR the layabout you were working with said you were the problem.
