It’s a very poorly managed store, I’m sure the Pittsburgh Penguins Authentic Pro Primary Replen Shirt besides I will buy this same manager complains that they can’t find enough employees. Move on and find a job somewhere better, I’m sure there’s plenty of coffee shops with more reasonable managers Now as a barista Im capable of serving coffee which is of higher standard than most of the others working there File unemployment… Regardless of what other people comment. It’s different in each state. They did not give you reasonable time to learn the job. I will say that if you haven’t been working in the last year you might not qualify. My state requires a certain amount of money earned in the last 16 months or so to even be eligible to file. But it’s worth a shot I guess. Yep. It could vary in different states. Department of labor in my state would say the employer did not provide proper training and time to be successful.

Make sure you get paid. If they don’t pay what they owe you, take the Pittsburgh Penguins Authentic Pro Primary Replen Shirt besides I will buy this matter to your state’s appropriate authorities. I think you were treated unfairly. It seems you aren’t meant to be there and hopefully your next place of employment isn’t this strict and rude. You’ve described your work as superior to the average barista and your coworker as lazy. Maybe you’re just mean. I was hired at the grocery store a few years ago. It was the easiest job ever. We were still trained, because there were certain things that were easy to learn that we needed to be trained on. It took maybe a day of training and I ended up working there for 2+ years. It seems like your boss IS making up random excuses. People need to be trained, no matter how easy the job is. And if they think they don’t need to train new employees, they’re never going to find anyone no matter how much experience their new hires have. You, as an employee there, have no power and management can do shit like that because they feel like it that day and for no other reason. Nothing. They can do whatever they want lol. You make that if this happened day 1 it could happen any day over anything and stay the fuck away. Maybe try for unemployment based on being fired with NO training? Might as well. Fuck em. It happened to me once. Fired on my first week and rumor was someone said I was smoking weed which I wasn’t Came in the next day zooted and ordered from the menu. Ex manager ask why I smell like loud and I said I got it from (ex employees who got me fried) They got canned and boss wanted me back but I said no
