Maybe the Philadelphia Phillies Nike 2023 Postseason Authentic Collection Dugout shirt But I will love this cricket has free will. We certainly can’t ask. I’d say if you think you do then what more proof do you need it’s your own belief either way What about the free will being a spectrum? Maybe we are partly deterministic and all living things have various degrees of randomness-free will within them. Even the universe is like this, it can be deterministic or random depending on the scale we are looking at. Imagination, which humans have access to, is limitless. In that sense, every thought, of which there are infinite, is equally selectable. Thoughts, and how you relate to them (and to thinking, itself), determines your perception, and so also your perspective, and so also your experience. Your experience is real, but not true or false. This is freewill, as I’m thinking about it, now. You can choose how you relate to thoughts, which determines what you think about life, and what life is to you. Being aware of your thoughts allows you to realize that you can make another choice without a prompt to do so that’s was necessarily imposed on you from outside your control. Yes, your views can change, and also your life and how you relate to it, by an event that you had no control over; but, you can also do that yourself, with no other outside prompt, under no permission other than your own. The fact that humans have the ability to conserve mental “CPU usage” by running programs similar to insects, reptiles, etc., doesn’t take away from our ability to write a completely new life into existence, which has never been before. Freewill is there; whether it is used or not. This is one of the definitions of “freewill.”

That’s the Philadelphia Phillies Nike 2023 Postseason Authentic Collection Dugout shirt But I will love this truth. When you think this way, free will seems to be a far fetched idea, a pipe dream. Can you change it with spirituality or meditation? Only one who can see the timeline with both choices can tell you. I could see a scenario where the universe was “programmed” to prevent free will. In this experiment I view time as something that could be constant like a stream of water (excuse me for very poor analogy). The stream has allready went to the end (into The Lake) or joined with the starting point of the stream again. We can’t view anything else in the stream and we move constantly. We can move seemingly faster or slower on the stream compared to others only by playing around with near-lightspeeds or massive objects.
