Just an estimation, for reference. The meditation ends when it ends. Sometimes I do it for 5 minutes haha, especially if I don’t “feel it”. Other then that I just meditate until I feel like I’m finished, sometimes an hour or more. But what if you have errands to do etc wont not timing it add to the Philadelphia Eagles Santa Claus Fly Santa Christmas Shirt and by the same token and wandering thoughts and worrying? But timing it may alao put pressure to put up with it for longer than yoh wish I just try to relax my muscles. I do the opposite to focusing. I imagine my body turns into completely limp rag doll. When a thought appears I say “funk it, not important” and it goes away. Of course it doesn’t work every time, sometimes I’m just unable to relax and there’s no point in even trying that time. But the right days, right times will come sooner or later. Oh, and I use a acupressure mat. First time I used it it was very painful. But then I got used to it, it’s now a pleasant experience. BTW, the experience is so different from everything else, that it helps with relaxing the thoughts. Every time I was laying on that mat I didn’t think about anything. I was just breathing and feeling the spikes 😉
