Ahh yes I remember my college days. It was like yesterday, the Pandas Are Awwsome I Am Awesome Threfore I Am Panda Black Metal Animal Lovers T-Shirt besides I will buy this winds of opportunity that turned into a tornado and swept me into a daze. The good.ol dayz realistically there is only about a dozen career paths that actually need a degree (law, engineering, healthcare, etc.) I used to work for a university and one of the qualms I had was that they were just cranking out degrees/programs that sound good, but don’t actually mean anything or more importantly actually guarantee you employment. So people are getting their masters in international entrepreneurial studies or python app machine learning development and assuming that alone is going to somehow get them a job. from my understanding the job market in America has always reacted to the average applicant. More people are going to college so the job market responded. That’s why you have job postings requiring an mba for an entry-level job that maybe pays $40. If you’re lucky. Before taxes. I don’t have any data to back this up, but in my experience America has a post-industrial service based economy where most of the jobs don’t really require a degree to begin with

I have a college degree that got me in the Pandas Are Awwsome I Am Awesome Threfore I Am Panda Black Metal Animal Lovers T-Shirt besides I will buy this door, my personality and work ethic have allowed me to continue to progress. There are a lot of people who are lazy and expect things to be handed to them, and there are a lot of company’s that suck and take advantage of people. There are just as many good companies that reward a hard work ethic if you’re likeable. Find the balance, which a lot of people don’t know how too. Pointing towards saying over-saturation are not seeing the fact that we need a highly educated population in the US. Having more people with college degrees is a good thing. What people are failing to discuss is that now that a Bachelor’s is standard the Graduate degree is what sets people apart. A problem we are facing right now is where investors are looking for unsustainable year over year growth and the US labor force is growing more expensive. What this is causing is an understaffed, overworked, and undervalued labor force. Specifically in the US we fail to educate basic adult skills, leadership, and we fail as the richest nation in the world to get young people to travel/live internationally. The US population is highly educated where the majority of higher education institutions are highly regarded. We should be leaders of the world. Let the factories and mining move to places like China but in doing so every leading position should be filled by a US born and educated person. We as US citizens continuously deal with rich country problems and adversary meddling making things worse and causing our society to become stuck and not make significant progress.
