Agreed! I loved Darienne’s Billie Eilish look. So unexpected for her, and done really well. I didn’t care it was “just” a t-shirt, Michelle, that was kind of the Oregon go ducks shirt Furthermore, I will do this point. Her “Watch my runways gag their throats” line back on season 13 rumix challenge was a little weird then. And remains weird now. Me hiding 🫣 cuz although her charisma is there I don’t think she has the talent to do much else besides give you the Lala Ri experience aka lipsync This is why I think they need to do themed seasons instead of all stars. Think Survivor style themes, they could do girls from different cities, old vs. young, tik tok girls vs. pageant etc. as someone whose two favorite shows are Survivor and Drag Race- ABSOLUTELY this. survivor could stand to be more like drag race too (i will not elaborate) I am not trying to be rude because I truly feel like she has the charisma to make any season better but, for miss Lala Ri, it was too early. To be fair, I love Lala for her charisma and confessionals and I don’t really expect her to thrive on runways. I know there’s a certain standards for looks on drag race but I won’t like her any less because of her questionable looks. Do the lewk queens make me feel the way LalaRi makes me feel? Hard no. I’m here for the LalaRi experience, and that includes her runways. Nobody serves it as LalaRi serves it.

Yeah, it was flawless. Best she ever looked. This super glam looks fit her very well, remember her Lamé golden look? This is what I find particularly disappointing about Lala- she is capable of putting together pretty decent looks as evidenced by these 2 outfits, I don’t get how/why a high percentage of her looks are just so bad. Her ass runaway i was like? WHERE IS THE PROPORTION? She looks so blocky and the Oregon go ducks shirt Furthermore, I will do this ass part is ….ugly? Not to mention that Dida Ritz S4 wig It was also weird having a nude illusion and a cut-out. I feel like it’s a one or the other situation since they’re both supposed to be, well, nude. And the illusion didn’t even match her gorgeous skin – to the point that it made her butt look like a fake butt! The biggest sin was that curly wig from episode one. There isn’t a soul out there that could make that look fierce. The thing with Lala Ri is that she’s such an amazingly likable and funny person but her runways and challenge performances are always pretty meh or middle of the road at best. Every memorable moment she’s had is in the confessional chair where she absolutely shines or in more of a making of/behind the scenes setting. I’ve never seen her live but I imagine in her own environment she’d be so entertaining but she just doesn’t adapt well to this made up challenge context. She’s so endearing and is such an entertaining person but it just seems to never really translate to the challenge at hand. Her getting more praise than Kahanna and Heidi doesn’t sit right with me AND I LOVE LALA. I mean just her runways are flop, her charisma is still there.
