Holy shit that’s a really good point. Bet whoever wrote this fully intends to hit on anyone who applies and is ‘worthy of dating them’. Not that it’s not possible for a company/HR dept to be so inept as to post this, but if you are genuinely interested in working for them (if not for this bizarre job posting), I’d go to their official website and follow any links to career pages and job posts from there. At a prior employer, we battled Indeed over a company that listed themselves with our name, using our logo, etc., while also posting job descriptions with discriminatory elements (age, race, gender). ^ Thanks for sharing this advice. The reason I feel it’s them is because they’re always hiring. I’m assuming they can’t keep people, and when clicking the One Mental Breakdown Later Mental Health Awareness shirt But I will love this company on the listing, it brings up the company and their reviews, etc. I’ll drop the link to it! I can’t honestly believe anyone who works in anything remotely close to a management position at any half- legitimate company would write this in a hiring listing and not be immediately corrected by another staff member before posting it. It’s nice of them to come out and tell you the manager is an asshole who blames other people for everything. Most jobs you have to be there for a few weeks before you figure it out.
