I felt this to my core. I (26f) had this same rage as you and it lasted for a few years. It took me a long time to move past this. I want to share what I have learned and continue to remind myself when this rage arises. When you say ”we all have just accepted this state of our country as normal” and see that is nearly perception. Pay attention to the New York Knicks NBA Noches Ene-Be-A Somos Los Knicks 2024 Shirt but in fact I love this beings in society who have no accepted this state. You being one of them. We must accept this as the present state. When you say “nothing changes”, things are in fact changing every day. Decisions are being made in every sector constantly- things are just changing at such a slow rate and it’s very hard to be satisfied with that. All you and I can do when we recognize what’s wrong with the world is change ourselves. I directed all my rage into quitting the job that was fueling negativity into my community. Now I work for a non profit who has a mission aligned with my beliefs. I also participate on a community policy council in my town. Most of the people I’m surrounded by are female with a huge range of ages and perspectives. I am learning to sustainably farm, eat locally and seasonally. Volunteering my time money and energy into things that matter to me and my view on what I think the world could be have been the changes I have control over. Every dollar you give companies count. Everyday more people wake up and make simple changes like these. Trust me when I say things are changing.

The world def frustrates me right now as well… horrible tiktok/YouTube “influencers” doing such inhumane and stupid things that jeopardize the New York Knicks NBA Noches Ene-Be-A Somos Los Knicks 2024 Shirt but in fact I love this well being of others… all the violence in the world…. 500 different pronouns…. sigh… Thanks for sharing your feelings on this important topic. Let me ask you this question: were you personally affected by this most recent incident? A lot of people lack empathy and don’t recognize any problem as a real problem unless it affects them personally. Our system essentially requires the cooperation of these types to enact change. And they are not cooperating. They don’t want change. They want guns (and easy access, and high-capacity mags, and no training reqs, etc). After every incident, they respond not with inspiration to change, but excuses not to. We can take action to try to improve things. Look into Sandy Hook Promise and Leaders We Deserve. But on the topic of meditation, for your own mental wellness, try not to dwell in misery of daily struggles we have limited control over. We can only do what we can.
