But I had one where they said “our procedures don’t account for the Official washington Huskies Michael Penix Jr Winners Win Photo 2023 shirt moreover I love this altered time, just the start and end times” besides we don’t want to pay overtime for an hour. Then when time jumped forward they suddenly got their system working with time jumps and removed an hour of pay. Really sad too because the sentiment of wanting more rights as a worker is great, being a fucking slouch was not what that needed. that sub sucks from my experience , lots of entitled cry babies in there. I hate work with a passion, but while you`re at work ..please just do the work and go home lol. don`t sit around being useless and make more work for others ,that`s my main gripe. i feel like this gives an error in the system when payroll is done because of the overlapping hours. i know when i approve time in workday it won’t let you submit overlaps. You just file a complaint with the US Department of Labor (assuming US here). It’s not that difficult, tbh, it doesn’t require attorneys, etc. Not everybody works for the same company all year long, and even if they do not everyone gets assigned to those two exact days and time shifts. Exactly. Labour laws really frown on a company that is like “I’ll hit you up next time for those extra hours you worked! No big deal right! Ya!”.

Some companies try to pull this bullshit with overtime quite frequently. Have someone work 60 hours one week and 20 hours another week, and just pay them out for 80 hours straight time. Until they get the Official washington Huskies Michael Penix Jr Winners Win Photo 2023 shirt moreover I love this smack down and put in their place. I dated a woman whose company had a deal with employees. They would work 9 hours 4 days a week. One Friday they would work 8 and the next be off. They got paid for 40. It worked well until an ex employee rated them out. My gf got a nice check. They could have gone back to straight 8s but the company changed the start of the pay period to the middle of the week. That was there solution. I don’t remember when the pay period started though. It’s been about 15 years since we dated. I worked for a place for a while where I worked 7 12-hour shifts every other week. I think the work week was Thursday to Wednesday. It’s 84 hours total, but it’s 48 one week and 36 the other. I was part of the first group when they implemented this, and the supervisor mentioned “four hours of built in overtime.” I thought that did not sound right, and I did my research. I was ready to raise hell when I got my check.
