I’m Turning 40 in October, after I hit 35ish then it set in a bit. Knowing core memories I had when I was your age and it almost being another lifetime ago, that’s it. When kids start to say they don’t know what huge childhood movies. Tv shows, and music that you still listen to…. all the Official Twins Home Run Sausage Shirt besides I will buy this time. Having a sense of humor like watching goofy stuff such as Adult Swim shows, anime, cartoons and TV shows I have enjoyed growing up with etc., Heavy Metal and kicking depression in the ass every time it starts to invade are some of the few ways that I found helps. I actually felt older at 24 than I do now at 31. Why? I made some serious changes in my life. I was working 50-60 hours a week in restaurants and resorts, and exhausting myself. When I get home, I’d eat like crap and sit in front of my PC and game away my free time. I’d feel so fragile, sore, and exhausted whenever I did anything physical. Nowadays everything changed. I’m jogging everyday before work, and hitting weights three times a week after work. My eating habits have become 6 days of healthy meals and a big cheat meal of my favorite food on the 7th right after a basketball session. I changed my career and started working no more than 43 hours a week. I lost 40 pounds and, even though my age shows(gray hair, aging, etc) I can perform athletically better than my 26 counterpart. I plan to continue this into my 40s and so forth. Gotta stay young!

50 – I dreaded this decade and it’s been very bad in some ways – death of remaining parent, serious illness for myself, leaving a job I had for a long time but there have been some good parts – recovering from illness and getting a new appreciation for life. 60 is getting close now and I intend to make the Official Twins Home Run Sausage Shirt besides I will buy this most of it. Coincidentally at age 42. When I for the first time in my life heard my Doc saying: “At your age, this condition is totally normal…” 43. Training martial arts and the kids 1/2 my age have cardio for days and run rings around me, plus injuries take ageeeees to heal from. I wish I was 30 again! 😀 I’m 28 and live in a university city. I have to go into the city centre a lot on friday and saturday nights and for a while the freshers looked like me. In the past few years or so they’ve progressively started looking more and more like babies. To the point were if I tried to blend in with them they’d go ‘ew….whose the old guy?’. That makes me feel old.
