The videos take a long time to make (and I work full-time) but I’m really struggling to get impressions or views so far. I think the issue is mainly in my thumbnails and titles in particular but I see huge channels in my niche that have never seemed to put much thought/effort into these things and was wondering if you had any advice for how to stand out and get some initial traction? I’d love some feedback if you still have time. My videos range from 50k views to just 20 views. I have about 2k subs. My content is around books. I can usually see the problems about other channels easily, but can’t see my own channel objectively.
