Your boss is not a great person if he is doing this. And this job isn’t a great job if the Nice william Byron Hendrick Motorsports Team Collection Shirt and I love this company is run this way. What are they going to do, fire you for taking a vacation they approved and you already paid for? If so, do you really want to be working for a company this unprofessional and who treats employee that way. If they want to move this project up for you to help while you’re not on vacation then great. If they don’t then that’s not your problem. If your boss is actually trying to make you feel bad about using approved time off or suggesting they’ll be revoking it then they’re not as much of a friend as you think so don’t worry about it. I would suggest looking up employment laws where you live just in case ie if you’re in an at will state and they can just fire you for ‘no reason’.

When you are at work or it has to do about work–HE IS NOT YOUR FRIEND. His first responsibility at work is ALWAYS to the Nice william Byron Hendrick Motorsports Team Collection Shirt and I love this company. You ignore this at your peril. If you are great at your job at this company, you can be great at your job at a different company. I’m not telling you to quit, but that should always be an option for you and you should approach your job this way. Michelle Obama was wrong–when they go low you don’t go high, you knee them in the face. Bad people expect good people to behave in a good way and they take advantage. You tell your boss, I told you over 10 months ago that I was going on PTO. Your lack of planning is not my emergency. So, he’s known since last September that you would not be available during this time frame, and still scheduled a large project for the same time frame? No longer sounds like a “you” problem, sounds much more like a “he doesn’t know how to manage a schedule” problem.
