Maybe it’s just me who is able to breathe NHL Vegas Golden Knights Skull Dia De Los Muertos Hockey Logo Shirt and I love this a little deeper, and at the same time just letting your mind do it’s thing. Eventually the mind becomes more quiet, but not if one forces it to do any specific thing. Just breathe and let everything happen on it’s own. That is my own experience. I think it’s worthwhile to distinguish between mindfulness/awareness practice where people meditate with the goal of improving their health in some way, vs the nondual meditation of the zen or dzogchen tradition where the goal is insight/waking up/headlessness/becoming a Buddha and any added health benefits are just a bonus. The end goal of all of those meditation practices is the same, they just approach it in a different way. The Buddha himself reached Nirvana by applying mindfulness to Jhana practice.

When you “focus”, you can do so by using intent instead of thoughts. It took me a while to learn this, but you can navigate your body and mind by feeling, which is guided by intent. This works for me though and I’m sure there are other techniques Meditation is a personal experience, and what you want from it is different. People find their own ways of focusing and finding the NHL Vegas Golden Knights Skull Dia De Los Muertos Hockey Logo Shirt and I love this present. Agree I think it’s more about just being detached from your thoughts not letting them have an emotional affect that makes us react to them or compel us to action in some way, both physical and emotional action, just to observe and be at peace with ourselves. Trouble is in doing this we find places we are not at peace with ourselves, and it causes reaction and that’s when we work through them and setting ourselves free from them. Not necessarily even in a meditative state even going about our day the last piece of the puzzle might slot into place and give us peace, like when we are doing something that relates to the thought, and being in the act of doing it allows us to see it for what it really is!
